I could start posting some typical dishes, perhaps from an exotic country, but this site is a woman!

Not only territorial conquests build History but also of gender ones ....
“Bon appétit!”
The lady of French cuisine in the USA
Julia Child, a controversial figure for her alleged espionage activity and a formidable cook, has left her kitchen to the American History’s Museum Smithsonian in Washington.
Pioneer of female independence because despite being married to a rich diplomat, she was not satisfied with doing the "Première dame", but rather taking advantage of one of her long stays abroad, she enrolled in the highest French cooking school "Le Cordon Bleu " that at the time was exclusively for men.
Mrs. Child, with her shrill voice, masterfully and tenaciously created a television identity that introduced the American people to the consequential of different courses and the importance of following times and methods of execution, for a result that not only satisfy the taste buds and the umami but also the sight because "You eat first with the eyes than with the mouth".
The inclusion of her kitchen in the US history museum is the expression of gender equality that has contributed to the US’ expansion and imposition on the world scene.
